Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. As part of the medical team, their role is to work with and support the Doctors in providing a wide ranging nursing and medical service.

Clinics run independently providing all types of nursing care; they will include general investigations, treatments, medication and vaccine administration, travel health, preventative screening programmes as well as more specialised monitoring of patients with long-term conditions.
