Medication orders at this busy time of year are prioritised by when the medication is due, not when it was ordered.
Key Ordering and Collection Dates:
- Orders placed before 18th December
- Will be ready and texted by 23rd December
- Orders placed 18th–23rd December
- Will be ready 29th/30th December, unless marked urgent or given a required collection date. Please only request pre‑Christmas collection if essential.
- Orders placed from 24th December onwards
- Will be ready after New Year, unless marked urgent
A gentle festive ask
If the bank holiday closures don’t affect your supply, please order as normal. This helps keep our workload steady and prevents a Christmas Eve rush.
For the Jet‑Setters
If you’re travelling:
- Clearly mark your request as early or 2‑month supply
- Tell us exactly when you need to collect
